Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-1700F for textile lamination bonding is a single-component reactive PUR hot melt adhesive with 100% solid content. PUR-1700F can be used for fabric and film, fabric and fabric, fabric and sponge lamination, leather products and fabric lamination, especially suitable for roller coating process. PUR-1700F is featured stable viscosity under heating at a certain temperature, high initial bonding strength and final bonding strength. After curing, PUR-1700F has good peeling strength, good heat&humidity resistance and chemical resistance.
APPLICATION
Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-1700F is used for textile lamination bonding. PUR-1700F can be used for fabric and film, fabric and fabric, fabric and sponge lamination, leather products and fabric lamination, especially suitable for roller coating process.

FEATURE
PUR-1700F has stable viscosity.
Strong initial and final adhesion when heated at a certain temperature.
After curing, PUR-1700F has good peel strength, good heat, moisture and chemical resistance.
USER GUIDE
The package of PUR-1700F is suitable for various dispensing equipment.
The recommended operating temperature is 105℃~115℃.
In order to achieve complete curing, it is better to place finished product in a working environment with suitable temperature and humidity (recommended temperature: 23~25℃, about 65% relative humidity).
STORAGE
Store PUR-1700F where it’s dry, cool and avoid direct sunlight. The storage temperature should be no more than 35℃ and avoid open fire or heat source.
